During her successfull career, Oliver-Hayes averaged 9.0 points per game, including a career best 10.0 points per game her Junior and Senior seasons, and earned a spot on the All-Conference USA Third Team in 2000. Oliver-Hayes was a team captain during the 1998-99 and 1999-2000 seasons, and was a recipient of the Golden Eagle Character Award in 2000.

Oliver-Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Marquette in 2000. She earned earned her Masters Degree in Leadership from Marquette in 2013.

Oliver-Hayes is married to Tony Hayes. The couple resides in Glendale with their daughter Aaliyah.
